These Terms apply to online sales from our gallery shop, by using this site you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree without limitation to be bound by these terms as an exclusive agreement between us for the use and purchase of items from this site. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time by posting to the site.

1) SECURITY

a) When you place an order on our website, your credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption by Paypal. These numbers are only decrypted when they reach Paypals systems where they are processed and your card is charged. They are not held in clear text on any website so it is not possible for your details to be stolen during a transaction. We never receive or keep such information unless purchase is by phone in which case any details are shredded immediately.

2) ONLINE ORDERS

When you order online, you will be helped through the process by simple instructions and you may review, correct and confirm the order prior to final placement by clicking the submit button. When your order is submitted you will receive an email with the details and value of your order that has beed debited to your credit/debit card.

3) PAYMENT

All credit/debit card payments are subject validation and authorisation checks by your card issuer, if for any reason they do not authorise your payment we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.

4) DELIVERY

We will normally despatch your order within 10 working days including 2 cancellation days (see below). If there are any delays for unforseen circumstances we will advise you of such, we will not be liable for delays by third parties (carriers)

5) REFUND POLICY

Please be sure that what you order is what you want, contact us (see contact us) if you need help. We will refund in full the purchase cost less postage of any item you feel you have been misled with by description provided we are notified within 5 working days. You the customer are liable for the arrangement of the return and cost of such items which must be received in saleable condition.

6) CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us by phone or email within 2 working days of your order to ensure we can cancel the order before despatch.

7) EXCLUSIVITY

Please be aware that many items for sale on this site are originals or "one off" items and are sold on a first come first served basis, we will inform you if we cannot fulfil your order due to the item being sold previously, we do however update daily to ensure that this situation can be avoided.
